Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW / LMFT / LPCC) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: California Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide telehealth psychotherapy services to adult clients across California. In this role, you will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ongoing clinical care within a structured remote model. Responsibilities: Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed Follow California licensing and clinical standards Active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience Experience with electronic health records (EHR) 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match Qualified clinicians are invited to continue their practice in a stable remote setting.
