Licensed Mental Health Therapist – LCSW / LPC / LMFT Location: Nashville, TN Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Provide therapy to clients throughout Tennessee via secure video. Your work will center on structured sessions, measurable progress, and steady support. Responsibilities Complete telehealth assessments and diagnostic evaluations Deliver recurring therapy sessions focused on concrete strategies Create and maintain treatment plans with clear goals Keep accurate, detailed notes in the EMR Join remote clinical meetings to share insights and review care Collaborate with non-clinical staff to support client experience Active Tennessee license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Master’s degree in a mental health discipline Experience supporting adults and/or adolescents in therapy Comfortable working fully online with a set schedule 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401(k) Plan with 3% Company Match Submit your CV and a brief overview of the kind of work you’re looking for, and we’ll contact you about Tennessee telehealth roles that match.
