Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Illinois Position Overview This role provides direct mental health treatment to adults through scheduled virtual sessions. You’ll focus on assessment, therapy, and progress tracking while working within a clear clinical structure that supports quality care and consistent outcomes. What You’ll Do Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth Assess client needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly Complete clinical notes and required documentation Follow Illinois licensing and telehealth guidelines Collaborate with clinical leadership when needed Active Illinois mental health license (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) Master’s degree in a mental health discipline Experience providing outpatient therapy services Strong organizational and communication skills Secure, private environment for remote clinical work 2 weeks PTO Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% employer match Step into a role that values steady clinical work and professional consistency.
