What You’ll Do Provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families based on your clinical strengths. Maintain a hybrid caseload with in-person sessions in our Tampa office and telehealth sessions. Complete timely, accurate documentation. Deliver ethical, evidence-based care and thoughtful treatment planning. Build strong therapeutic relationships and provide excellent client care. Collaborate with a warm, professional team in a supportive group practice environment. Requirements Required: Fully licensed in Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. Professionalism, reliability, warmth, and sound clinical judgment. Ability to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team. Availability for in-person work in Broward County plus telehealth. Preferred: Experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families. Experience in insurance-based practice. Bilingual skills are a plus. High Earning Potential: Licensed clinicians earn 60% of net collections, paid bi-weekly. Realistic full-time annualized earnings of $70,000–$98,000+ at 24–30+ sessions/week, depending on payer mix.
