Description Job Title Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) Compensation: 60% of net collections (cash pay practice); paid biweekly – Estimated annual earning potential of $80,000 - $90,000 Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Schedule: Flexible schedule that need some late afternoons and early evenings Location: This is an in person role based out of Atlanta, GA (Buckhead office) Role Summary The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week within a minimum of 20 hours of availability Preferred candidates will have multiple days of late afternoon/early evening availability Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Compensation Compensation: 60% of net collections (cash pay practice); paid biweekly – Estimated annual earning potential of $80,000-$90,000 Billing, scheduling, and intake support Requirements Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independentlyComfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc. Experience in outpatient or group practice settings Preferred candidates will be able to see children, adolescents, and adults About GROW Counseling: GROW Counseling is a group of professionals dedicated to helping clients of all ages find balance, growth, and health.
