Requirements

• Full licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (Master’s level or above) with one of the following licenses: LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW. Licensure is subject to state-specific requirements.
• A valid NPI number and professional malpractice insurance.
• The ability to work independently and manage a private practice.
