We’re looking for a skilled Licensed Millwright (433A) who’s ready to hit the ground running. In this hands-on role, you’ll be a key player in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical systems. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Millwright License (Ontario 433A or equivalent).
  • Willingness to work out of town
  • Proven experience in the industrial sector is a strong asset.
  • Solid knowledge of tools, materials, and practices in the Millwright trade.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and high-quality workmanship.
  • Valid Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract
Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute mechanical work.
  • Install, align, dismantle, and move industrial machinery and mechanical equipment using hand and power tools.
  • Set up and execute lifts using rigging and hoisting systems safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect machinery and equipment to identify wear, damage, or mechanical faults.
  • Carry out repairs and replace parts to get equipment back in top shape.
  • Use precision tools like dial indicators, laser alignment systems, micrometers, and optical levels to ensure exact fit and alignment.
  • Perform predictive and preventative maintenance using tools such as vibration analysis equipment.
  • Complete all documentation and service reports accurately and on time.
  • Stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations while juggling multiple tasks.
  • Work closely with other tradespeople and departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Take initiative and perform related tasks as needed—your input matters.
  • Other duties as required.
