JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support our operations by maintaining and repairing packaging machinery, production lines, and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience in industrial environments, and preferably a 433A Millwright license.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (packaging/manufacturing preferred)
• 433A Industrial Millwright license (preferred or in progress)
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with conveyor systems, fillers, sealers, and automated lines
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Welding and fabrication experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts or overtime as needed

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner
• Work with electrical components (if certified), PLCs, sensors, and automation systems
• Ensure minimal downtime and maintain safety standards on all equipment
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation as per company procedures
• Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with production teams to address recurring technical issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with GMP and health/safety standards
