We’re seeking a licensed Mortgage Agent to join our dynamic team. You’ll help clients navigate the mortgage process, build lasting relationships, and grow your career in a supportive, tech-driven environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales (office experience preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
• Experience in financial services is an asset
• Licensed as a mortgage sub-broker in British Columbia (BCFSA)
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable

• Consult with clients to assess mortgage needs and recommend solutions
• Negotiate terms with lenders to secure favorable options
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals
• Provide timely and professional customer service
