Real Estate Resource Home Loans is an Independent Mortgage Banker licensed in Indiana, Illinois, and Florida, proudly helping families achieve the American Dream of homeownership since 2003. We’re seeking state-licensed Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) who have worked at a Broker shop or Independent Mortgage Banker. We looking for licensed loan officers who want more than just a place to hang their license. ✅ MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Active NMLS license in the state(s) you operate
• Any level of experience welcome (1 year preferred but not required)
• Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Willing to engage with CRM, social media, and digital tools
• High level of professionalism and integrity

• Interview loan applicants and assess financial situations
• Recommend appropriate loan options (Conventional, FHA, USDA, Non-QM, etc.)
• Guide borrowers through the documentation and approval process
• Collaborate with in-house processors and underwriters to ensure fast closings
• Represent your brand professionally, both online and offline
