POSITION OVERVIEW:

Relationships are the backbone of Benchmark’s success. As a Production Partner, you’ll be the driving force behind a top-producing branch averaging $4M+ per month in funded volume. This is a fast-paced, detail-intensive role where accuracy, speed, and relationship management are critical. Total compensation for this position typically exceeds $100,000 annually (base + bonuses).
This is a remote position, but due to the pace of client and partner interactions, we are only considering candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone. You must be highly disciplined, detail-driven, and comfortable managing a heavy loan pipeline independently while maintaining flawless communication with clients, Realtors, and internal partners.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • VA loan knowledge required.
  • High attention to detail – accuracy is non-negotiable.
  • Strong organizational skills – proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple files.
  • Excellent communicator – clear, professional, and proactive.
  • Calm under pressure – thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of additional mortgage products, credit reports, and DTI calculations.
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly accountable.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years mortgage loan processing experience required.
  • VA loan knowledge required.
  • Loan origination experience a plus.
  • NMLS license required (active in Georgia/Alabama preferred).

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
  • Professional certifications (CMB, CMC, CMPS) a plus.
