We’re looking for a Mortgage Underwriter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is laser-focused on the details, and genuinely enjoys helping people navigate one of the biggest purchases of their lives.

Experience:

• Mortgage: 1 year (required

✅ Communicating with clients at every stage of the process
✅ Updating and managing our CRM (BLU/Finmo/Velocity/Expert)
✅ Underwriting pre-approvals and live mortgage deals
✅ Requesting, reviewing, and organizing client documents
✅ Keeping Realtors informed and updated
✅ Coordinating directly with lenders to move deals forward
✅ Creating signing packages via DocuSign
✅ Providing daily updates to all parties
✅ Reviewing every file thoroughly before closing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
