Full and Part Time positions are available at both our Sheboygan Falls campus's, and part time NOC shift at our campus in Oostburg. Our shifts are as follows: AM (6:00am-2:30pm) PM (2:00pm-10:30pm) NOC’s (10:00pm-6:30am) All scheduled positions require an every other weekend and every other holiday rotation. Sign on Bonus is available now for full and part time positions. Direct the day-today functions of the nursing assistant Receive physician's orders and execute as appropriate Chart nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to each resident in EMR Ensure appropriate documentation and communication of changes in a resident's needs and/or condition Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician Requisition and arrange for diagnostic and therapeutic services, as ordered by the physician Consult with the resident's physician in providing the resident's care and treatment Review the resident's EMR for specific treatments, medication orders, diets, etc. Maintain established nursing standards Make periodic checks to ensure that prescribed treatments are being properly administered by certified nursing assistants and to evaluate the resident's physical and emotional status Notify the resident's physician and P.O.A./Guardian of changes in condition Administer professional services such as; catheterization, tube feedings, wound care, etc. Ensure that personnel providing direct care to residents are providing such care in accordance with the resident's care plan and wishes Requirements Possess a current, active license to practice as an LPN or RN in the State of WI Understands and supports Pine Haven’s Mission, Vision and Values and Resident-Centered Engagement Principles Regular attendance, including timely arrival at work, to support positive working relationships with fellow team members and to support quality resident care Ability to work in a fast paced rapidly changing environment Attention-to-detail and organizational skills required Strong teamwork and communication skills are critical Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Why Join Us?
