You will oversee all staff and personnel. You will manage the day-to-day processes that involve your facility (i.e.., financial matters, medical care, supplies). You will coordinate and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team and ensure that they work together. Requirements Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications: Must have a valid and current LNHA in the State of Illinois. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university. 2 years or more experience as a nursing home administrator. RN or MD preferred. A positive disposition and the ability to work well with others. Highly developed leadership skills.
