Description This position requires an active State Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license. Applications without a current OTA license will not be considered. Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Full Time HTS is currently seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at a highly-rated senior living community located in Fort Wayne. This OTA will address the unique therapeutic needs of a diverse population including assisted/independent living, short term rehab, and long-term care. Requirements Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
