Our bustling, family-oriented clinic is looking for a skilled and personable Licensed Optician to join our terrific team. This position involves helping patients choose their perfect frames and lenses, performing adjustments and repairs, edging jobs, performing quality inspections, managing frame and lens inventory, meeting with frame reps and other office tasks like pretesting and reception duties as required. We offer an on-site edging lab and extensive selection of frames. Days of the week are negotiable; hours of work are from 8:30 - 5:30 Monday through Friday and 9:00 - 3:00 on Saturdays.
We are proud to provide full scope optometric care and specialized services. Ideal candidates would have excellent customer service and sales abilities, a keen eye for fashion, and great attention to detail. Prior experience in the optical field and a valid optician’s license is required.
