Position Details: * Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM * No nights or weekends * Pay Range: $28-$32/hour * Sign on Bonus: Eligible for $1500.00 bonus after starting and signing on and eligible for an additional $1500.00 bonus after completing 6 months of service Key Responsibilities: * Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to Veterans. * Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. * Work collaboratively to foster a positive and productive environment. * Comply with security clearance requirements by successfully passing a background check. Qualifications: * South Carolina Optician license required. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. * Skilled in fitting, adjusting, repairing, and selling eyewear. * Proficient in using lensometers, pupilometers, and computers. * Knowledge of VA benefits and discounts for optical services. * Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
