Job Summary: Develop and carry out a consistent plan of treatment, from intake and assessment to closure. Essential Functions: * Guided by 40-55 requirements and best clinical practices, provides individual and group psychotherapy and teaches psychoeducation * Documents provision of services, assessments, evaluations and treatment goals and plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures * Provides a variety of case management services, including managing Social Security payeeships, assisting clients to apply for various types of public assistance and providing supporting documentation, attending multi-agency clinical case consultations, and facilitating referrals to other organizations * Participates in internal consultation and supervision with team members and other professionals in the organization * Collaborate with clients, other treatment team members, DHHS, doctors, hospitals, medical clinics, housing programs, etc. to provide the best service to the clients * Provides external consultation and referrals to other organizations * Maintains contact with clients in distress, including assisting with hospitalization * Participates in multidisciplinary focus groups, committees, and task forces charged with researching and improving clinical practices and developing or updating programs and business processes * Provides clinical services required by special programs and projects * Meets defined individual and department goals, activity metrics and Key Performance Indicators * Promotes, supports and demonstrates MHP’s mission, vision and values [http://www.mhpcolorado.org/About/Vision-Mission-Values.aspx] through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance Plan and Standards of Conduct [http://www.mhpcolorado.org/About/Corporate-Compliance.aspx] on a day to day basis * Effectively interacts and communicates with other MHP staff/clients/customers/partners/etc. * Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform other essential functions of the job * Other duties as assigned LAOS Data Focus and Clinical position * Spends part of full-time schedule working on clinical analytics and research, outcome tracking, program evaluation, and other duties as required * Maintains up-to-date internal and external databases * Creates and assembles complex documents and charts * Tracks situations that require the attention of the Program Manager to support productivity, timeliness, and quality service delivery * Clinician will take a case load of approximately 65 clients * 30% of case load would be Medicare clients What’s In It For You: * Full time job with benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability and retirement plan) * Paid time off and paid holidays * Engaged employer who believes you are a key factor in delivering our mission to the community * Training, personal and professional growth opportunities such as TF-BDT and CAC training * Strong leadership support that will engage in your growth and development As a condition of employment, you will be required to receive the COVID-19 vaccination (and any subsequent boosters) and the annual influenza vaccine. Education/Experience/License/Certification * Training in CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, preferred * Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 3+ years prior experience in a clinical setting OR Related PhD or PsyD plus zero to three years prior experience in a clinical setting * Clinician will be required to run groups and attend treatment team meetings in addition to individual therapy * Bilingual preferred This position will be posted, at minimum, until April 1st and may remain open until a sufficient candidate pool has been collected.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement treatment plans for adult outpatient clients, providing individual and group psychotherapy. Manage a caseload of approximately 65 clients while performing clinical analytics, research, and multi-agency coordination.
