Pay Information: Pay: $22.00 per hour Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells. $1000 Sign-On Bonus - For licensed and registered technicians in Illinois / Indiana Your Role in Action: Inspect & Treat: Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely. Document: Record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment. Safety First: Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices. Customer Service: Be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems. Equipment Care: Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order. What You Bring to the Table: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience). Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes. Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
