We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic therapy team at a skilled nursing facility on the northwest side of Indianapolis. In this role, you will work with residents from skilled nursing and long-term care, addressing their unique therapeutic needs to help them achieve greater independence and improved physical health. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in implementing and delivering individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. · Support residents in achieving their therapeutic goals and improving mobility and overall quality of life. · Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress. · Foster a positive and supportive environment for both residents and team members.
