Description This position requires an active State Physical Therapist (PT)or State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Applicants without a current PT or PTA license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered. HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist OR Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at a highly-rated senior living community in Owensboro, KY, offering skilled nursing, long-term care, memory care, assisted and independent living. Work with a variety of conditions and diagnoses in a large, well-equipped therapy gym. Position Details: · Part-time: approximately 15 - 20 hours per week. · Preferably 5 days per week. At a minimum, PTA is needed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. · Competitive hourly rate. · Work with a supportive, collaborative team that values teamwork and excellence in patient care. Requirements Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or a Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant, or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include earning a degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist or physical therapist assistant education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
