Description Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - Senior Living This position requires an active State Physical Therapist (PT) license. Applicants without a current PT license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered. HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a 5-Star CMS rated senior living community located in the historic Clifton area of Louisville, KY. This 113-bed facility offers a range of services, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and long-term care, A dedicated Health & Rehabilitation Center specializes in transitional care and post-acute recovery. The spacious and fully equipped therapy gym has state-of-the-art technology. Position Details: · Part-time: approximately 15-20 hours per week. · Flexible schedule: could be any variation between 3-5 days/week. · Competitive hourly rate. · Work with a supportive, collaborative team that values teamwork and excellence in patient care. Requirements Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
