The Inner Wellness is looking for a Licensed Physiotherapist, to join the position in SE Clinic and then be available for the NE Clinic, based in Calgary, AB.

- Taking assessments of patients’ physical conditions.
- Formulating treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients.
- Conducting complex mobilization techniques.
- Educating patients, family members, and the community on how to prevent injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.
- Referring patients to doctors and other medical practitioners.
- Planning and organizing physiotherapy and fitness programs.
- Perform physical assessments and provide overview of assessment, classification, and treatment to clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a wide range of clients including MVA, WCB, AHS funded and private clients.
- Work towards progressing the clients’ physical capabilities and enhancing lifestyle and well-being
- Promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders and community
- Conduct assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide physiotherapy interventions to patients with various conditions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Valid Alberta licensure as a Physiotherapist
- Experience in Pediatrics and Acute care settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment

- You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists in Alberta
