Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all plumbing systems for customers. Ensure all installation or repairs are done in a professional manner that meets current code requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction on all jobs. * Troubleshooting, maintaining, and recommending replacement of plumbing systems. * Recommending any additional upgrades that can better the client’s needs. * Build strong customer relationships. * Provide instructions to the customers on using their equipment / system. * Wear booties while in the customer’s building and maintain a neat work area when performing a repair or service. * Ensuring the equipment is working properly before leaving the home * Always explain to the customer what service you are performing. * Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving. * Maintain company standard Key Performance Indicators (KPI) * Complete all required paperwork * Maintain your truck so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside. * Other duties as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS * Valid Colorado Professional License on file with DORA. (Required) * Background check and Drug Test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana. * Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license. EXPERIENCE * Must have a State of Colorado Plumbing License (RP / JP / MP) or be able to obtain one within first 60 days of employment.
