Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing installations and repairs. Ensure all plumbing work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate plumbing work with overall project timelines. Provide accurate estimates of labor and material costs for plumbing jobs. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used on each job site. Valid plumbing license required. Proven experience as a plumber in construction or maintenance environments. Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good physical condition and dexterity to perform manual plumbing tasks.
