JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under the direction of the Unit Manager, participates in assessing, planning and implementing resident care.
Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse Program or Licensed Practice Nursing program;
current license to practice as an LPN or RN in the State of Montana; ability to learn and retain pertinent information;

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Required

• Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion as needed.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• Administer basic life support and manage critical care situations effectively.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while interacting with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams in various settings, including hospitals and long-term care facilities.
• Support patients with developmental disabilities and assist in health coaching initiatives.
