You will engage clients and families in a compassionate and non-judgmental approach regardless of life circumstance or diagnosis, conveying respect and dignity of all persons. You will be following the Narcotics Transition Services guidelines and will identify and initiate interventions within your scope of practice and in consultation with other health care providers. You will also exercise independent judgement regarding clinical needs and autonomously plan and implement necessary actions.
