Your Opportunity:
The Licensed Practical Nurse will report to the Unit Manager of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology. As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, the Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. The incumbent performs a variety of nursing duties in accordance with clinical policies and nursing care standards. The main focus on Unit 4E3 is Pediatric Oncology and Hematology patients.
Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are part of an interprofessional health care team utilizing nursing processes, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills. You will be guided by your education, experience, demonstrated skill level and AHS policies and procedures. You will play a key role in providing safe, quality patient and family centered care while reflecting the shared vision and values of AHS.
