How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide compassionate bedside care to long-term care residents under RN or physician direction. Support resident assessments and safely administer medications while monitoring reactions. Assist with routine tests and basic treatments to support individualized care plans. Promote resident safety and well-being through education, observation, and prompt response to risks or changes. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date requred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What additional preferences we're seeking Long term experience highly preferred.
