Job Details Salary Range: Undisclosed Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Assisted Living Team. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN. **Evening and Night Shift** Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities: ● Supervise resident care given by C.N.A and Q.M.A ● Prepare and administer oral, nasal ear, eye, topical and inhaler and nebulizer medications ● Administer prn medications and follow up on effectiveness of medications ● Count scheduled 11 and 111 drugs with on coming and outgoing shifts to establish accuracy of supply ● Take and document blood pressures, temps, pulse, respirations, oxygen saturations and accu checks Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements: ● Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university. ● Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license, CPR, and BLS health care certification Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Benefits: ● Work Life Balance ● Weekly Pay with Daily Pay options ● Discounted onsite childcare for all employees ● Tuition Reimbursement (for eligible employees) ● Scrubs available to purchase ● (PTO) after 90 days of employment Complete health, vision, and dental care benefits with eligibility on the first day of the month after 60 days of employment
