POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration)
  • Current CPR / First Aide Certification.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
  • Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations.
