Charter House's mission is to provide the best care through practice, education. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team. Responsibilities of the LPN role include: Providing direct care duties under the delegation of a registered nurse or nurse manager. Monitoring the nursing care provided by professional and ancillary nursing personnel. Assisting the registered nurse with data collection in collaboration with the resident, family and/r significant others and the interdisciplinary health care team to meet the care, educational and discharge needs. Adhering to Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice and Nurse Practice Act. *This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship; Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
