  About the Role We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential clinical support within our healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-focused environment, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and is committed to delivering high-quality care. The LPN works closely with providers to support day-to-day clinical operations while serving as a resource and support for nursing staff and Medical Assistants. Responsibilities include assisting with patient care activities, providing clinical support to healthcare providers, coordinating and monitoring patient care needs, and helping to ensure efficient clinical workflow. The LPN also provides guidance and supervisory assistance to nursing staff, supports Medical Assistants in their daily responsibilities, and advocates for patients throughout their care experience. This position plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, promoting positive patient outcomes, and ensuring compassionate, efficient care delivery across the practice.
