QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Alberta.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience working in a continuing care setting is an asset.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong bedside nursing, clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a focus on dignity and respect for residents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, infection control protocols, and health & safety practices.
