What You'll Do as LPN: Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plans Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift Supervise and direct other care staff Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards Able to work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs What We're Looking For: Valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred Current CPR certification Proficiency with basic computer skills Make a Real Impact – Apply Today!
