Documentation must be completed by the end of each shift. If unable to complete the Case Manager must be notified. * Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date patient records in line with agency policies. * Participate in ongoing professional development through in-service training, workshops, seminars, and self-study courses annually. Schedule/Shifts: LOCATION: Meridian, Idaho Shifts: 8 hours per day, 7 days per week.
