Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities: * Makes daily rounds on the unit in order to observe and evaluate physical and emotional status of nursing residents * Provides comprehensive oversight to unit staff to assure nursing care is proved according to physician's order's. * Analyzes and evaluates nursing staff needs as well as determines staffing requirements * Assesses the needs of each resident, and implements the Resident Interim Care Plan * Provides daily input to the Unit Manager for development of the resident care plan * Performs generalized Charge Nurse duties Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) skills and requirements: * Valid LPN license * Excellent bedside manner and communication skills * Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations Per Diem Varied hours $32 - $34 per hour
