Two Hills has an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Practice Nurse for their Home Care team! Located within the Two Hills Health Centre, you will work with a dynamic, supportive team and will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people in your community. Reporting to the Care Manager, Two Hills Home Care, you will utilize your strong assessment, organizational, and leadership skills to provide leadership and supervision of Health Care Aides and deliver quality nursing care to clients in the community. The successful candidate will play a key role on the interdisciplinary team, collaborating in the delivery of holistic, client and family centre care. Situated 135km east of Edmonton, Two Hills is an urban centre serving an agricultural region. The town has a population of 1,379 while the county has approximately 4,500 people. Residents have easy access to the downtown and commercial areas, as well as several parks and playgrounds. The town has a grocery store, several restaurants, gas stations, two banks, various businesses, churches, two schools with kindergarten to grade 12, an arena and curling rink, and a swimming pool. Within a half-hour drive are three beautiful lakes ideal for camping and fishing.
