How you'll contribute A Licensed Practical Nurse who excels in this role: • Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions within scope • Assists providers with examinations, procedures and patient care • Provides patient education related to cardiac health, medications and treatment plans • Performs timely and appropriate documentation in the medical record • Coordinates patient care, including scheduling, referrals and follow-up care • Maintains a safe and clean clinical environment Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. What we're looking for Applicants should have a current North Carolina state or compact state LPN license.
