Job Details Job Location: Schofield Certified Home Care - Kenmore, NY 14217 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $26.50 - $33.00 Hourly Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse, under nursing supervision and direction of an RN, implements the nursing plan. Job Responsibilities: Administration of medications and immunizations. Observe, measure, record and report clinical data relating to patient’s health status. Perform clinical procedures such as, catheterizations, trach suctioning and dressing changes. Provide emotional support and health teaching to patients and families. One (1) year previous medical/surgical experience within the last five years. Two (2) years experience in a Home Health Agency (CHHA, LTHHCP, or Hospice) and/or Long Term Care preferred.
