How you’ll make an impact in this role Delivers hands-on nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and routine assessments Supports RNs by monitoring resident conditions and promptly reporting changes Builds consistent, trusting relationships with residents and families in a long-term care setting Detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to resident safety and comfort. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Responsibilities

The role involves delivering hands-on nursing care, which includes administering medication, performing treatments, and conducting routine assessments for residents. The Licensed Practical Nurse will also support Registered Nurses by monitoring resident conditions and promptly reporting any changes observed.
