The (Required) Qualifications We’d love to welcome everyone — but to practice safely and legally, we do need: Graduation from an accredited nursing program Active, unrestricted State of Michigan LPN license Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) within 90 days of hire Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to provide hands-on care in a home setting. Duties include standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, lifting, positioning, and assisting with mobility and activities of daily living. Additional requirements include: Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to use proper body mechanics and safety techniques Visual and auditory acuity for patient assessment and communication Ability to operate clinical tools and computer systems Reliable transportation for occasional travel (you will not transport clients)
