Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) LPN: $27.45 per hour starting (based on experience) Shift Differential for PM and NOC Shifts Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse. The Registered Nurse (RN) will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care. Active CPR Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics. Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations. Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals. Ability to relate well to all individuals. Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information. Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions. Ability to adapt to change.
