Cedar Grove Senior Living is looking to hire a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Assisted Living Facility. Our LPN will work closely with residents, employees, family members, and outside agencies to provide exceptional resident centered care.
This is a full time position working Monday-Friday. The LPN will be responsible for completing monthly assessments on each resident, completing ISP’s and Psychotropic Medication Reviews, Evacuation Assessments, Satisfaction Surveys. TB Skin Tests, monthly cycle fill and medication review, new hire onboarding and other duties in accordance with the State of Wisconsin DHS 83 and under the direction of Management and the Facility Registered Nurse.
The LPN will be responsible for supervising all Caregivers , completing the monthly Caregiver schedule, and will be a part of the facility on-call schedule of one weekend per month and one weekday per week. There may also be occasional times that the LPN will need to administer resident’s medications and assist the Caregivers with resident ADL’s.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
