In this role, you will: Provide safe, person-centered nursing care to residents. Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams on complex care needs. Administer medications and treatments following clinical best practices. Promote resident wellness and support care plan implementation. Monitor safety risks and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies. Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation using electronic health records. Experience in long-term, complex, or assisted living care preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Familiarity with electronic medical records (e.g., Point Click Care).
