OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality resident care. The LPN will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in assisted living, senior care, or similar healthcare settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pain management techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Knowledge of case management principles is advantageous.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in providing quality care to residents
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Provide direct resident care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing resident’s conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with pain management strategies for residents
• Offer specialized care for residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments.
• Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations within the healthcare facility.
