Overview Seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) - Group Home in North Kingstown, RI Licensed in Rhode Island $35/ LPN, $45/RN Shifts: 7-3pm, 3-11pm, 11-7am - seven days a week availability $400 referral bonus Working with individuals with developmental disabilities Responsibilities Document medical changes in individual's charts as required and contact proper people as necessary. Administer and/or monitor medication administration and treatments as necessary. Provide and assist in training for individuals and direct care staff as needed. Ensure prescription instructions as prescribed by proper authority are properly followed. Make recommendations that may improve an individual's development. Will comply with all Corporate policies and procedures, HIPAA guidelines, DHHS rules, and Medicaid state and federal guidelines Will comply with Corporate Compliance Program policies and procedures. Additional Responsibilities: Be aware and adhere to all regulatory standards. Ensure the health and safety of individuals. Any other related responsibilities as deemed appropriate by supervisor. EB2 Qualifications Accredited and current Rhode Island LPN license or Rhode Island RN license. ICF/MR or experience with persons with disabilities preferred. Skills/Experience: Requires experience as LPN/RN in direct care services or related field.
