Description Licensed practical Nurse (LPN) Several Shifts **Sign On Bonus Eligible** Conifer Park is looking for Full-time LPNs in evening shifts to join our nursing team in Glenville, NY. In this role, the LPN collaborates with the RN in the implementation of a total health care regime, provides data to assist in the evaluation of patients' responses to plan of care, and administers medication safely and accurately while working closely with Medical and Clinical staff. Schedule Options: SCHEDULE: Week 1: Sund, Mond, Tuesd, Thurs, Frid | Week 2: Mond, Tues, Wed, Frid, Sat || 3:00pm - 11:30pm Week 1: Sund, Mond, Wed, Thurs, Frid | Week 2: Mond, Tues, Wed, Frid, Sat || 7:00am - 3:30pm SIGN-ON BONUS: $6,000 (Based on 40 hours, will be prorated based on hours): $1,500 after completion of the orientation period, $1,500 after six (6) months of continuous employment, and $3,000 after one (1) year of continuous employment. Requirements Vocational/Technical School, Current NYS LPN license with a minimum 1 year of experience preferred and CPR certification required.
