At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking compassionate and motivated part-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting youth with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) in Culpeper, VA. $5,000 sign-on and retention bonus for every other weekend, new hire nurses Schedule Option: PT: Every other Sat & Sun 7am-7pm Your Role in Our Mission  * Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs * Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols * Conduct nursing assessments  * Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health * Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person-centered care * Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations * Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service Why Join Us?  As a part of our mission, we help our team members embrace their potential, build resilience, and thrive!
