Key Responsibilities: The LPN will be responsible for overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures within the assisted living wing of our facility. We are currently looking for the following: -Monday-Thursday-day shift Specific duties include: Administering medications and treatments Assisting with care plans as needed Overseeing Nursing Assistants Demonstrating excellence in customer service, interpersonal communication, and teamwork Generous shift differentials: $4.00/hr evening shift differential $2.00/hr night shift differential Referral bonus program. Excellent Nurse to resident staffing ratios. Opportunities for advancement. Requirements Requirements: Experience: LPN: at least 1 year experience in assisted living facility (Required) License: Indiana LPN (Required)
